Hello, Hola!

KidsFolio Creative Learning Center's Founder, Jowa Alfano, has devoted her life to teaching and inspiring children to be creative. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a Master's in Fine Arts from Pratt Institute in New York, New York. Jowa was an Art Director for a local television station in New York City for three years before being accepted to the New York Teaching Fellows program in 2013. In 2015, she earned a Master of Science in Education from Long Island University. 

 

Her commitment to children has led her to work in NYC, Hoboken, and Union City, NJ, public schools as a teacher. She received her certificate in Business Entrepreneurship in 2019 from Cornell University. Aside from being an entrepreneur, Jowa also works as a teacher in a Blue Ribbon, Gifted and Talented school in Union City, NJ.
